Offer & Offer Period

If Just Property agents do not have a signed offer to purchase by midnight on the 75th day of the 90-day Sole Mandate period, participants will not be liable to pay commission as prescribed in the Sole Mandate
A signed offer will be deemed to include a purchaser who was introduced to the property within the 75 days and who makes an offer after expiry of the 75 days
For the remainder of the Sole Mandate period (76-90 days), the agent will continue to fulfill all the conditions, as set out in the Sole Mandate
The offer applies to participating franchise offices only. Each franchise office is independently run and operated

Campaign Period

The Offer will run from 3 December 2018 and will continue until the Promoter terminates it and/or the existing Sole Mandates associated with the offer expire
Termination of the offer will be announced on the campaign landing page

Eligibility

The offer is open to any registered owners of residential property located in South Africa and Namibia, and who are not currently an active client of Just Property.
A signed, Sole Mandate is required to initiate the offer
Participation in the promotional offer constitutes acceptance of the promotional offer rules and participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in both the offer and the Sole Mandate
All campaign queries must be directed to Just Property via shift@just.property
The Promoter reserves the right to delete any information uploaded by a participant which the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, believes is illegal, obscene, offensive or defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, or is otherwise inappropriate for a campaign designed for mass audience exposure
Participants will only be accepted if they comply with all engagement instructions

Engagement Instructions

Participants must sign up for the offer via the campaign landing page
Participants agree to contract via a Sole Mandate
Participants commit to price counselling and a mutually agreed (between agent and seller) go-to-market price, as documented in the Sole Mandate
If a price cannot be mutually agreed and participants wish to market their properties at a higher go-to-market price, then this offer will not apply
Just Property reserves the right to withhold this offer and/or convert it to a standard Sole Mandate for sellers who are not open to price counselling

Acceptance

Participation in the promotional offer constitutes acceptance of the promotional offer rules and participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in both the offer and the Sole Mandate which will be interpreted by the Promoter, in its sole discretion and its decision regarding any dispute will be conclusive, final and binding and will not be challenged on any grounds, including without limitation, the grounds that the Promoter failed to act reasonably, fairly, in good faith or otherwise in accordance with the principles or procedural fairness.

Promotion

Participants may be required to provide their names, email address and contact details and they must be prepared to be photographed and featured in relevant media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and www.just.property
Just Property reserves the right to use images and videos taken of all participants for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the relevant participants. However, the participant has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter.

Limitations of Liability

Participants engage with Just Property and its agents at their own risk.
Neither Just Property, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers or employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant(s).

Participants may cancel their engagement in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Sole Mandate.
